Henan Gnee New Material Co.,ltd. is a professional enterprise for the design and manufacture of pressure vessels approved by the Henan Provincial Market Supervision Administration. It is a member of the China Chemical Equipment Association and the China Petroleum and Petrochemical Equipment Association. The company was founded in 1964 and restructured in 1998. The production department currently has 150 employees, including 2 senior engineers, 17 engineers, and 10 assistant engineers; the company covers an area of 80,000m², includign production area of 20,000m²; annual production capacity is around 30,000 tons of pressure vessels.

Pressure capacity: for pressure vessels (e.g. LNG tanks, compressed gas tanks), design pressure, burst pressure, fatigue life, etc. are calculated.
Load analysis: Consider static loads (self-weight, medium weight), dynamic loads (wind load, earthquake, shock), thermal expansion, etc.
Stability calculation: to prevent buckling and deformation of the tank under external pressure or vacuum conditions.
Support and connection design: mechanical analysis and optimisation of the base, supports and pipe connections.
