Our steel products comply with multiple international authoritative pressure vessel steel standard systems, mainly including:American ASTM/ASME standards (such as ASTM A204/A204M high-strength molybdenum alloy pressure vessel steel plates, ASTM A285/A285M carbon steel plates for low- and medium-strength pressure vessels, ASTM A515/A515M carbon steel plates for medium- and high-temperature pressure vessels, ASTM A537/A537M heat-treated carbon steel and low-alloy steel plates for pressure vessels, etc.), European standards (EN 10028-3 nickel alloy steel plates, EN 10028-2 non-alloy quality steel plates, DIN 17155 steel plates for pressure vessels, etc.), Japanese JIS standards (JIS G3115 carbon steel and molybdenum steel plates for boilers and pressure vessels), and Chinese GB standards (GB 713 steel plates for boilers and pressure vessels). There are strict regulations on the chemical composition, mechanical properties (tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, etc.), metallurgical quality, surface quality, dimensional deviation, etc. of the steel to ensure that the steel can meet the usage requirements of different application scenarios and guarantee the safety and reliability of engineering structures.

Our steel products have obtained certifications from major global authoritative institutions, including ASME in the field of pressure vessels (ASME U STAMP, S STAMP, H STAMP) and the EU PED (2014/68/EU) certification. The MTC is an important quality certification document for steel products. We will issue it within 3 working days after the production of the products is completed. The certificate will clearlystate information such as the production date, heat number, material specification and model, chemical composition (including thecontent of elements such as C, Si, Mn, P, S, Cr, Ni, Mo, etc.), mechanical property test data (tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, impact energy, etc.), heat treatment process parameters (if applicable), surface treatment status, dimensional tolerances, applicable standards (such as ASTM, EN, GB, etc.), and the signature of the inspector. Hello, our monthly production capacity is approximately 50,000 tons of steel. The delivery arrangements are as follows:

1. (1) Products in stock: We can arrange the shipment within 7 days, including processes such as preparing goods, inspection, and issuing the quality certificate.
2. (2) Orders that require production: The normal delivery period is 30 to 50 days, which specifically depends on:
   • Whether the order specifications are for conventional products
   • The current production plan arrangements
   • The inventory status of raw materials
   • The size of the order quantity

In order to provide you with a more accurate delivery time, itis recommended that you provide:

• Specific product specifications
• The required quantity
• The material requirements
• Whether special processing is required

Of course. We welcome inspections by customers or third parties:

1. (1) Inspection time: Submit an application 3 to 5 days before shipment.
2. (2) Inspection methods:
   • Customers can directly come to the factory for inspection.
   • Designate a third-party institution (such as SGS, BV, etc.).
   • Conduct remote video inspection.
3. (3) Inspection scope:
